TKAseptic has been developed to work as an aseptic buffer before the packing of dairy products and low acidity beverages. The tank is emptied at the end of each production cycle. After a CIP process, the tank is sterilized for a determined amount of time with sanitary steam and then it's chilled by means of treated water forced recirculation, being pressurized at the same time with sterilized air.
Thought from its origin to be compatible with in-line CIP and designed to ensure a thorough cleaning.
Materials in contact with the product are stainless steel AISI 304/316L and other sanitary materials, ensuring an operation with no possibility of contamination based on a design that's focused on the highest quality and sanitary standards.
Constant data registry, exportable, filterable by production, with the possibility to access all the records of the equipment through the ethernet network from the device that the customer defines.
The process is controlled through the touch-screen provided by the equipment as HMI, from where all the operations can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way. TKAseptic has the option to replicate the screen and the operation of the equipment remotely via an installed PC in any area of the plant.
